a day to catch up..

Yesterday was fun. I did alot of catching up with people I haven't seen since I started college.

In the morning, I met up with my high school friends some of which have been my friends since primary and one since kindergarten. Just for memories sake when I read back, I shall name them. Li Onn, Jitesh, Xin Zhi, Justin, Sean, Suey Erz, Peng Yen, Jing Wen, and last but not least Kat. It was the first time, ever, that the number of guys and girls were the same. The guys usually outnumber the girls. It was nice being able to catch up with them again over some bah kut teh. We sat around talking about old times and some really funny stuff after we were done. It made me realize how much I miss those moments. We went back to Li Onn's house to hang around for a little before we headed back home. I had to send Peng Yen to Xin Zhi's house to wait for Lindy so we (Suey Erz, Peng Yen and myself) hung out in the car while we waited for Lindy to pick Peng Yen up. While waiting, I drove around a little and went to pick Ching Pei up cause we were going to my house to get ready for prom.

I had to rush off cause I thought my sister needed the car by 2 so dropped Peng Yen and Xin Zhi back at his house. Picked Sheila up from Centro and made a wrong turn and ended up going to a place I've never been before and going into two lanes which were dead ends. =_='. Anyways, we finally made it out and back. Then I called my sister to tell her we were going to be late and she said she didnt need the car by 2! double =_=! I was rushing everyone being all tension cause I thought she needed the car at 2. Sheila wanted to buy some food and Ching Pei wanted some coloured hairspray, but ended up not buying. So Suey Erz and I waited in the car while they went to buy food.

Once we reached home we started getting ready. Sheila helped us with the makeup. Ching Pei brought her straightener so I started straightening my hair and everything. The most epic moment while getting ready : Suey Erz's eye linear pencil broke and we stepped on the broken pieces without knowing it which caused my floor to look like it had black chicken pox. We sorta had a hard time cleaning it up. To make matters worse, I thought by pouring water on it, it would've been easier, which Suey Erz only later said that it was waterproof. My reaction, "what!?!? O_o damnit! *rubs the floor harder* shit! * haha. it was funny looking back.

Anyways, Maniraj picked us up and had to drop by Sheila's friend shop to do her eyebrows. After that we were off to prom and we were really late. How late I shall not say. =P. It was fun to see everyone again and to hang out with them. A lot of us have changed in many ways and it was nice to see that we were still able to hang out like we used to. I haven't uploaded the pictures yet but you can go see it after I have. =) I hope to see you guys again. =D

Oh talking about that. I had another gathering with my college friends and seniors that have graduated on Friday. May was gracious enough to invite us to her potluck dinner. It was an awesome time! Like AWESOME! We had lots of food but as usual the drink finished way before the food did. I'm not going to go into detail about it cause I can't exactly remember the sequence of things but here are the highlights. We as in Bob, Jameson, Andrew, Zer Hann, Bryan, Melvin, Razlan, Cecilia, Nisa, Evelyn and myself played "The Bachelor Game" like the one on "Who's line is it anyways?". I came up with real life situations and presented them to the guys and some answers were really sweet while others we really, "=_=! like seriously man? come on!" The two sexually confused bachelors Cecilia and Nisa were harder cause I didn't know whether to present the questions to them as a guy or girl. haha.

We then proceeded to the playground. Some of us played on the swings, the see-saw (Andrew and myself) and the jungle gym. We slowly made our ways to the jungle gym where we tried to have a photo session which didn't turn out very nice. oh well. =) Anyways, we got thirsty and went back to the other side of the field where the food were. Sat around and decided to play chap chilli chap. A super classic game some of us use to play back in primary school. haha. It turned out to be a super funny session with a whole load of laughter. We played a couple of other games that didn't really turn out.

We ended the night by helping pick up the rubbish, cleaning up and packing up all the stuff to shift it back to May's house. (I think I forgot to mention that we had it in the field in front of her house) The rest went back not too soon after while I hung around with Melvin since he was the one fetching me home. We had some pretty epic moments too. Not very surprising as Azim was there. The funniest joke of the night. Jacob apparently doesn't have a sense of smell and Azim went on about how he can only taste the texture of things and not the taste of it since he has no sense of smell and all that. So Azim was like so if I fart you can't smell it la? Then I said, oh if its like that then he tastes the texture of the fart la?? LOL!! Anyways it was much funnier in that moment. I laughed till my side hurt. haha. the day pretty much ended up with Melvin sending me back after everything.

Yup so that's pretty much about it. I know its a super long post. I might break it into two separate posts or something tomorrow.

P/S : sorry for it not having any colour. Bob keeps rushing me to finish the post. blame him! =P anyways. I'll add in the colour and all that later. =)

I'm emotionally tired,
emotionally drained.
I take on problems that aren't my own,
and it feels like it is my own.

The scars are ripped open,
And I'm left vulnerable,
I struggle to pick the pieces up,
Before anyone can see the mess I've become.

But just as I thought I got away with it,
they turn and see,
the person I don't want them to see.
The person struggling to better the better me.

just for today.. please..

Just for today just please let me hate the world.

Just for today just please let me be heartbroken.

Just for today just please let me be anti-social without judging me.

Just for today just please let me be anal.

Just for today just please let me hate the girl who keeps screaming at nothing.

Just for today just please leave me alone.

Just for today just please let me cry if I want to.

Just for today...

and now its going to eat at my soul

I got so nervous for my audition that I could hear the quivering in my voice. =_='.

Ergghhh!! So disappointed with myself. Someone give me their honest opinion on it please!!! I need to hear someone said that "yeah it wasn't good" and not "Its okay", "Oh, it was fine" or anything sugar coated. Give it to me straight up.

I can't do much about it now but focus on helping out with the musical backstage. I'm glad I don't have to audition for that. pheww.

Anyways, I only reached home today at 8.40pm and I'm BEAT!! Like seriously beat. I could barely keep my eyes open when I drove. shhh!! Well one thing was because there was a stupid freaking jam for reasons I cant seem to see. I left Subang at around 7.20pm and a trip that usually only takes me 15-20mins ended up being 1 hour 20 mins or so. LIKE WTH!?!?! =_=
I was already so tired and the jam, rain and air-con just made it worse. at one point I did close my eyes for a split second while I was stuck in the jam. Just too freaking tired. But don't worry people, the cars weren't moving at all and I'm still in one piece and nothing was damaged so its all good. =)

I still haven't gotten the hang of cutting into a lane which is bumper to bumper which also means the cars are close to each other thus making it to cut the cars really hard for a relatively new driver like me. I wanted to go left but was kinda scared of the oncoming cars so the car behind me ( a very nice uncle) flashed me to kinda let me know that I can actually move out. Well I think that's what he was doing and not just flashing me cause I didn't know how to get out. I'll just go with the positive version of the story cause I saw him later on giving way to this woman who wanted to cut which was really nice. =) . I love people who are considerate of other. =D .

While driving I also saw typical Malaysian drivers. This car wanted to cut into the middle lane from the right lane. She (I'm guessing) eased her way into the lane and NO car wanted to let her go. You know what they did instead? They just avoided her and continued on the lane meaning that she was literally stuck cause no one wanted to give her way. Its hard to explain it but that's the best I could do. Super sakai man. ergghhh! No wonder even my lecturers don't like driving in Malaysia.

I guess that's pretty much about it.

bye people of the planet earth. *insert peace sign* :)

P/S : I'm sorry if the post isn't up to my usual standards. I'm extremely tired and all I wanted to do was sleep ever since I reached home. As usual, later. (refer to my previous post if you don't understand)

I hold on to the memories,
so tight I feel my knuckles turn white.
I'm afraid that if I loosen my grip,
that it will all just fall away.

I never want to forget you,
and I always want you to be a part of my life,
and I hope, I am in yours.

Every time I have a happy memory,
I am filled with this longing,
But with this longing I remember you,
and the best memories you had given me.

You are something I will never forget,
neither something I will ever regret. =)

its in the middle of the night..

Just to update you about what happened between my last post and this post.

I went for the Musical meeting with intentions to do backstage work but ended up signing up for auditions too. I STILL DON'T KNOW WHAT I WAS THINKING!!! Erggghhh!! someone please freaking kill me! Tze Ren telling me that that's how people hear you on recordings just made me realize that I actually really suck. X_X. I definitely don't wanna make a fool of myself.

Anyways besides that today's lunch pretty much sucked. We went to this vegetarian food stall near college. The food tasted quite weird. I didn't like that sodium-ish taste in the Wantan Mee I had. yuck! Well when we were eating half way, Zer Hann was like ewwww!!! I just stepped on something. So I thought it was like food or something. Instead I saw a freaking cockroach!! A FREAKING COCKROACH!! with like its juices all on the floor. eeeeeeewwwwwww!! well on the good side, Zer Hann sorta rescued the table from going into a fit of screams if the cockroach did crawl up any of our (girls) legs. XD.

Oh by the way, I have a new lunch gang now. My new lunch gang now is made up of Evelyn, Natasha, Zer Hann and Philip with occasional visits from people who so happen have the same break or whatever.

I definitely miss eating lunch with Victor and Min Zhi and all those little lunch moments I won't forget like the phone calls Min Zhi will get from his parents while also eating his lunch. epic!! =P. I'm so used to eating so slow with them that now when I eat with the others, I feel so extremely slow. I almost always seem to finish last. =S.

That's pretty much about the post. I'm like super sleepy now so I can't exactly think of things to blog about. I'm just blogging about what comes to mind.

Bye people! Take care. =)

P/S : Yes, as usual I'll redo the post later. Okay from now on to make things simpler, I'll just say later and it just means I'll re-edit it later. =)

Its like riding a roller coaster,
you go all the way to the top,
and hold your breath because you know,
that when you come down, it's heart stopping.

It grips your heart,
When all you want is for it to be free.
To be unable to feel.
Its funny how now that its over,
people seem to know.
And they help me deal with it.
To help me get back on my feet
and start smiling again,
without the pain that it hides.

my soon to be distant memory..

At the rate I think I'm gonna go, my blog is pretty much going to die pretty soon. Last semester I finished class at like 1. Now I finish at 3.30pm. Yes people. My class is from 8am to 3.30pm. And yes, I am exhausted and its only the 3rd day.

I have no idea how I'm going to survive. =S

I have 2 breaks though but I'm using my second break for lunch so there isn't much I can do after my lunch so its pretty taken up to eat. My first break though is quite free. I could use this time to blog but I seldom get my "creative" juices flowing at 9.15 in the morning so yeah. At night is when I use the time to catch up with the world. I know it sounds ridiculous but most of the people I talk to are my college friends which doesn't really make sense as we can see each other everyday and still have things to talk about at night. XD

So far, I've never failed to my beloved freaks who think feel they're cool. None other than Adrianna Jane aka Ad, who some how doesn't make sense sometimes and you're left wondering what on earth she means. =P, Razlan aka Raz aka Razi who is always bored and random and found a "epal" sugus on his table yesterday and last but not least Victor aka Vic aka the ultimate freak =P. He usually kills the conversation with whatever he says. Sometimes he's pretty into the conversation and sometimes he's pretty missing from the conversation. XD

Yup, so that's all I wanted to blog about since I have nothing else to blog about and Ad wanted an update.

Oh and if you wanted to know. College is going pretty well. Kinda freaked out about all my subjects this semester. I took Law, IB, Econs and HAD to take LAN. Law and Econs are my main concern I guess. I got really awesome lecturers though. =D. Econs is seriously deep and intense but interesting. Its hard to explain till your in the class. somehow me and Victor can never sit together in this class. =_='. But whatever, we still have the same class. =D.

P/S : Pictures on my blog posts might be seasonal cause I'm using the college computer. I could like copy and paste the pictures I have on my facebook but I'll only do that if I have the mood. Yes, I am a very moody writer. =P. I am in the mood today but I'm sorta rushing to meet Raz at ECA to go stone with him. XD. *edit : okay so I didn't go to ECA. As I was just about to exit the computer lab, I bumped into Nisa, Adrianna and Azim so I decided to chill with them instead. =D.

Take care dudess!! =)

Every hallway holds a memory,
of us walking in every one.
My thoughts still wonder back to you,
But now I know to smile instead of hurt.
remembering all those times we touched,
still sends electric shocks through my body,
I know now that we can be nothing more,
But what happened to just being friends?

I miss you my best friend,
and that's what I really want,
my best friend back.

It Keeps You Awake, Against Your Will.

So freaking sleepy now. Its like 9.15am and I slept at like 2am yesterday. I had to wake up to let the cleaner in and am now the fighting the urge to go to sleep, which I think I'll soon give up.

Anyways, I don't know what to do to help keep myself awake so here I am blogging. I was initially only supposed to spend a couple of minutes on the comp just to check my facebook but I ended up being stuck to it.

There's nothing much to blog about right now.

All the news I have right now is,

  1. He's leaving Sunday evening.
  2. I'm going to celebrate Jess' birthday tonight.
  3. College is starting soon
  4. And my trip to school to pick up my sijil berhenti sekolah was a waste of timecause all the info except my dad's name and my name were wrong. how can that be possible?!?! All they needed to do was to transfer info from a book into a cert and they still got it wrong. Idiots. and not only that, they have this counter so that you don't have to go into the office to deal with the people and they didn't wanna come to the window so they were standing some distance away asking me things. Like HOW CAN I HEAR YOU WHEN RECESS IS GOING ON AND YOUR STANDING SO FAR AND SPEAKING SO SOFT?!?! Okay this is more or less the conversation,
Lady : Apa? (or so I thought)
Me : Nak sijil berhenti sekolah
Lady : Tahu la. BILA??
Me : Oh. Tahun lepas.
Lady : Tahun bila? (Or so I thought, again)
Me : 2009?
Lady : Ish. KE-LAS A-PA????
Me : Oh. Errr.. *brain froze. I actually forgot what class I was in. I almost said 5S1*. 5S3

*she just walks away and directs me to another person*

after standing there like some idiot and I finally got my sijil, I check to see if the info is correct (all cause of mummy's training. =D) then I realized all my info was wrong. =_='. Dumbasses wasted my time coming to school and waiting for them just to get that piece of paper that contained all the wrong info. Goodness!! They can't even do this right. ish.

Okay, I know that this has become a rant post but who cares. you would be pissed too if it was you.

So that's pretty much about it for today.

Chao peps. =)

P/S : I'll re-edit it later when I'm more awake. =)

The more I think about you,
The more I miss you.
All the memories we had together,
Just makes letting you go so much harder.

Your leaving tomorrow,
and whether I'm ready or not,
I know I have to let you go.

so go be the best that you can be,
but please never forget me,
cause I will never forget you,
and how you made me feel. =)

A Time Back When

I had a barbecue with my college kawans yesterday. It was definitely a last minute thing cause I only invited them on Sunday. So, Leng Hue, Natasha, Evelyn, and myself met up in college at 1.30ish cause Nat and Eve, who are huge Seventeen fans (hmmm. it might have to do with the fact that they appear in the magazine that contributes to them being such huge fans. =P ) and Seventeen magazine was in college for a roadshow kinda thing. So after the lucky draw thingy we went to Carrefour to shop. It was pretty much our first time shopping without our mums so we were pretty lost. XD . We managed to get the stuff we needed except a couple of things. So we headed to Jaya Jusco Bukit Raja. Got all the remaining stuff there and went back to my house to set everything up.

Evelyn's GPS made Persiaran Bukit Raja sound like a jumble of words. Very very funny. XD

Anyways, Adrianna, Victor, Razlan and Zer Hann met us at my house. The guys were looking quite shaken which later I found out was due to the fact that they almost got into a accident. hahaha. Funny story. It took us about 1 and 1/2 hours to get the fire going. Zer Hann really helped me out the most with starting the fire. *cough where did the other two guys go cough*. Okay Razlan did try to start the fire and kinda gave up after awhile. =P
*edit : and eventually the girls helped out and even Evelyn sat like a man trying to wait for the fire to get going. XD

With the help of technology, a stand fan, we were able to get the fire going and soon we were barbecuing. =D We had mushrooms, potatoes, chicken wings, sausages, and chicken balls. For pictures of the food go to Leng Hue's blog to check out her awesome photography skills and the pictures of the barbecue.

We only decided to sit round the barbecue and hang around towards the end of the night. No idea why though. weird but awesome people. =P. While talking, we had this whole Bachelor No. 1, tell me blah blah blah.. something like that. you get the idea right? then some how moved on to Bachelorette then moved on to 'would you rather'. The most epic question of the night, with a little research done. Would you rather screw Whoopi Goldberg or Oprah Winfrey? and the winner is *drum rolls*... Oprah Winfrey cause Whoopi looks "like a man" ( I can't remember who said it but it wasn't me. XD) To help make the choice easier, they googled a picture of both.

My 'would you rather' question was slightly more gross, Would you rather eat cheese that's been rotten for a couple of months OR eat of the floor.. wait for it.. of a wet market. hahah. my other one was to Natasha which I asked, Would you rather get together with a fat, bald guy who can never get thin or grow hair but has a good heart or a good looking dude with a rotten heart. At first she chose the bald guy then preferred "to kill herself first". XD. hahahaha. the reaction on her face was funny. You can watch Nat's 'Would you rather' question to Victor on Adrianna's blog.

The barbecue ended pretty early which was like 10.30pm cause Adrianna had to get back and send all the guys back to SS15 so yeah. We stopped at approximately that time and started packing & cleaning up. Thank you to all for helping. A special thanks to Evelyn, Leng Hue and Natasha who stayed back a little while to help wash up and clean up most of it. I really appreciate it. After you guys left, cleaning up was pretty scary cause things were so quiet suddenly. =S.

But I had a great time and I hope they did to. =D I didn't take any pictures cause most of the time, my hands were pretty dirty but the other did though. You'll have to wait till they upload the pictures. =)

that's pretty much about it for today. bye people. =D

P/S : I think I should stop putting so much detail into my posts. I find that I'm just lengthening the post and putting redundant stuffs into it. =S I gotta get up to go sum where tomorrow so re-editing will be done tomorrow. =) I can never seem to sleep before 2am no matter how hard I try. =S

Its funny that when I read it,
That feeling of emptiness and sadness,
didn't wash over me,
and swallow me whole.

I guess its time to move on and start letting go,
but why am I feeling guilty for doing so?
is it because I'm afraid that if I let go,
the memories fade too?

I'm Back From The Island Part 2. =D

So on to the remaining part of the trip.

Day 3
We went for brunch at this shop somewhere downtown. I can't remember the name of the shop though. Some of us had chicken rice and the rest had curry mee. This curry mee shop did things quite differently. Its like they put all the ingredients into the bowl except the curry/spicy part of it and on the table, they have the sambal that you add into your bowl. So its like you kinda control how spicy and how oily you want it to be. I totally forgot to take a picture of it though. =S

Anyways, after that Keat Yang, his sister and Jian Wei took us to the Chong Fatt Tze or better known as the Blue Mansion. Unfortunately, the next tour was at 1.30pm and it was only 12.30pm when we reached. The day was too scorching hot to walk anywhere so they took us to eat some famous cendol. YUM!! Because we just finished brunch, I was still full and couldn't fully enjoy it. =( And the cendol was also abit different. They had red bean in the cendol which Klang cendol doesn't. I liked it. =D. As we were eating, someone suggested to have some rojak and thus 2 plates of rojak came. By the time we finished everything, I felt so stuffed.

Cendol with red beans and kidney beans

We later went to Komtar Walk to buy some alcohol and withdraw some money. Keat Yang, his sister and Jian Wei had to go for a meeting so while waiting for them we walked around Gurney Plaza where we met Kenny, Razlan, Lisa and Kimberly who were also in Penang. We didn't really get to hang out with them though. =S

Cam-whoring in Gurney Plaza

Victor being all outer-spacish.

After that we went back to the apartment to prepare for the remaining day at the beach. Okay this was the best part of the trip; the water sports. For RM150 we got para-sailing (two people) and the Viper. For para-sailing I'll have to wait till my friend upload's the picture to show you how awesome it was. I was pretty scared at first but when you get up there, its very peaceful, calm and windy. According to Evelyn, she saw a lot of jellyfishes but I dunno why I didn't see any. Oh wait, maybe I wasn't looking for it. =P. I went for the para-sailing with Victor since everyone else had their own partner. After the para-sailing we went for this thing called the Viper. Its quite hard to explain what it is until you see the picture of it. Its like this floaty that you sit in and they pull you at high speed across the water. At the end of it, your arms, wrist and ass will hurt from it. You feel like your literally holding on for your life. Your arms dare not let go for the fear of being flung off. XD. Well being flung off isn't too bad till you start thinking of the jellyfishes, or the amount that Evelyn described and the fear of being stung so yeah your arms react to it. XD. After the water sports we hung out in the sea and on the beach. We stayed till the sun set and went back to the apartment to bathe and clean up to go for dinner.

I doubt you can see us but from left : Jian Yung, Evelyn, Victor, Adrianna, Natasha,
Jian Wei, Keat Yang, Huey Kee and myself. =D

The sexay ladies. ;)

For dinner we went to this food court in Tanjung Tokong but the Har Mee wasn't as nice as the first day's one BUT the Oh Chien (Oyster Omelette) was awesome!! Yummy-ness!! =D

Burroti

Har Mee

Oh Chien

After dinner, we went to the 'pasar malam' near our apartment. Ad, Victor and I walked around looking for nothing in particular, well I was sorta looking for a purse and Victor was looking for Brazil jersey, which was sorta a waste seeing as how Brazil lost yesterday. =P . Nah I'm just joking. Loyalty and confidence in your favourite team. Way to go Vic. ;) We went to a couple of shops to find a reasonably priced jersey and finally found one in one shop. We met up with Evelyn and Jian Yung for awhile then decided to go back and on the way back we stopped by 7-11 to get some water and snacks.

Keat Yang trying to be Spiderman. =P

Then continued to walk back to the apartment where we waited for the others and then we started drinking, hanging out and watching TV. Oh and also our Maggi Cup party. XD. hahaha. I did some packing so I didn't have to wake up too early the next day. =P. Well that's the end of day 3, the final day we had in Penang before we took the bus the next morning. =(

Day 4
We woke up pretty early to kinda make sure we packed everything, have breakfast and obviously to not miss our bus. After dropping off the keys at the guard house, we were off to Queensbay. Our tour guides decided to take us somewhere near our bus terminal so that we don't miss our bus. We ate some mamak food which was pretty okay I guess. I was pretty quiet and moody cause I didn't get much sleep the night before so yeah. After breakfast, we tried to pay our tour guides some money for all everything they've done for us but they didn't want to accept it and even RAN. Ishh.. Modest, superly nice people!! hahaha. :)

Anyways, we boarded the bus and we were off back to Sunway. For the meal, this time, they served chicken rice. It was quite nice actually. I spilled some rice onto the carpet and felt really guilty for it. Hey! It wasn't my fault that the bus turned and the thingy slid off the tray okay!! XD

Yup so that's pretty much my trip to a small, beautiful, with ultimately delicious food called Penang. =D I hope you enjoyed reading about the trip.

Take care people.

P/S : I need to sleep sorta early today okay its like 1.30am but this is considered to be early for me because I usually sleep at like 3. XD cause I need to wake up for church tomorrow so I'll re-edit it, and again, hopefully by tomorrow. =P.

When I want to feel close to you,
I just revisit the memories we've had,
And if I'm really lucky,
It feels like you're there with me.

Just know that I never regretted being with you. :)

I'm Back From The Island =D

Hey people!!

As you can see, I'm back from Penang. I came back yesterday at around 4 but I've been pretty tired and I only uploaded the pictures today so I'm only blogging now. =)

Forgive me if I make any grammatical mistakes or typos cause I'm watching the Netherlands and Brazil game while blogging. =P

The trip was really fun and awesome. The apartment we stayed at wasn't exactly up to our expectations but it was a pretty okay place. It was pretty near some shops and the 'pasar malam' so it was cool plus it was like so worth the money. It was like only RM100 for 3 nights per person. So if you wanna do the math its like RM100 X 6 = RM600 for 4 days in a 3 bedroom apartment with Astro and a view of the swimming pool. It was definitely value for money. Just for those of who want to know, we stayed in Batu Feringghi. :)

Seeing as this IS a long post, I might break it up into 2 posts cause I'm gonna talk about everything in detail for the sake of re-reading this a few years down the road and being all nostalgic cause that's how I roll. ;) Brace yourselves.

Day 1
We (Adrianna, Natasha, Victor, Evelyn, Jian Yung and myself) took the Aeroline Bus it was pretty cool. They had a screen behind every seat and everything. It really felt like a plane only with wheels. haha. We had Subway and a choice of coffee, tea or water for our meal that's provided. The ride was pretty okay. We arrived earlier than expected which was like 12.3opm, expected time of arrival was 1pm. We met Keat Yang, his sister Huey Kee (I'm sorry if I spelt her name wrongly. =] ) and Jian Wei (our tour guides and transporters during our whole stay there) at the Queensbay Mall. Some of us were pretty hungry so we went to Wong Kok to have lunch. We went get some snacks to stock up for the late nights we knew we were going to have. =P. So after that, we checked into the apartment and hung around there for a little while.

After we changed, we were off to the Gurney area. We took a walk to the shore of the beach, well not really the shore la but the coast? Okay I have no idea how to explain that but you'll get what I mean when you see the pictures.

You can see that like their's this wall there so we're not really on the beach itself. =)

This just reminded me of Buckingham Palace for some reason. XD

My reaction when I first saw it : O_O

Some of the other places we visited

So we spent sometime there and moved on to Fort Cornwallis. The funniest thing we found there was in the chapel, there was an air-con. super LOL moment. XD

The air-con I was talking about.

Anyways, we walked around there and took some pictures and sorta hung out watching the sunset and then went for dinner. Dinner was DELICIOUS!! YUM-NESS!!! And I found out that in Penang, Hokkien Mee isn't the black sauce version we get here in Klang, its actually Har Mee (Prawn Mee) and it was awesome sial!! I've never tasted anything so nice before. Okay, I admit that I've never been a Har Mee fan. I would choose lots of other food above Har Mee. When I ordered that I was actually expecting the black sauce version so when Har Mee came, I was like"O_O. What's this?" Then my friend told me that in Penang, this is Hokkien Mee and the black sauce one is called Hokkien Cha. Confusing eh. Penang really has a unique way of doing things. Their Hokkien is different from the usual Hokkien and even what they call some of their foods but I guess that's what makes them so special. Oh the place that we went to was New Lane.

The delicious bowl of heavenly Har Mee for only RM 3. =D

Anyways, we went to the 'pasar malam' on Macallum Road (forgive me if I spelt it wrong. I'm spelling it as I hear it) Walked around a bit then decided to go sit sum where to wait for the rest. And while waiting I finally decided to get a crepe. The wait was killer. People just cut in front of you to order and the waiting involved just to get yours. But it was all worth is. I had a chicken ham with seaweed and cheese. YUMMM!!!! *drools* Enjoyed every bite. Just thinking about it now makes my mouth water. =P

After the 'pasar malam', we went back to the apartment and hung around. Victor and I had an Uno session in which I owned him. muahahahaha. We were pretty beat so we headed to bed at about 2am.

The Uno session.

Jian Yung was dared to stuff as many marshmallows in his mouth
and he managed to stuff 10. hahaha.

End of day 1. =D

Day 2
We went for brunch at this nice high class mamak stall which had some pretty good food. Then we headed back to the apartment to change to hike to get to Pantai Kerachut where they say is really nice. Before we went hiking, we went to the Hard Rock Hotel. And damn, it was awesome. The pool everything was superb. Now, I know why it costs approximately RM700 a night. X_X.

The back of the hotel; the part facing the sea

I liked the symbols they used especially the female one.

Oh man. I never expected the hiking to be so hard when I first heard about it. and because I didn't expect it to be so hard, I packed a whole load of stuff. =_='. Because I packed so much damn stuff, I was so weighed down that I couldn't keep up with the others and I was pretty out of breath. A lot of times, I felt like I wasn't breathing enough for my heart. Anyways, Jian Wei was nice enough to carry my bag until like the halfway point. THANKS SO MUCH JIAN WEI!! I really appreciate it. =) When we finally got there, oh man, nothing can describe the feeling of achievement. Cause by the time we reached the beach it was like 3-ish and it was scorching hot so sitting under the trees with the wind blowing was heaven until I decided to step onto the sand that wasn't protected by the shade of the trees. You should hear the screaming man. It really felt like stepping on hot stones. I had to wear shoes to run across the sand. Took a walk with Evelyn up and down the shoreline talking about different issues in our lives and all that. We hung around there till about 4. Cause the hike up was already so torturous, some of them had arranged for a boat to come pick us up.

The view from where I was sitting of Pantai Kerachut

The boat ride which cost RM10 was so worth it. We saw eagles' nest and eagles flying around the top of the trees. Then we saw a rock that looked like a crocodile and turtle. And then we saw a pair of eagles dating in their nest which was really cool. The whole ride was so awesome but I didn't take pictures. My bag with my phone was with Victor and I was sitting quite far from him and at the speed we were going, I didn't wanna be standing up. =P

Anyways, from there we went home to clean up for dinner. We went to Sunset Bistro at the Batu Feringghi beach to watch the sunset and have our dinner. The place was really nice and the food was pretty good. And the price was pretty reasonable, about the same price as food in Klang and Subang. After dinner we (Adrianna, Victor and I) walked on the beach and had some very funny conversations. XD We decided to hang out at the bar. I shared a Malibu Sprite with Adrianna and honestly it tasted like cough mixture. =S . We headed back home and hung out there. Adrianna, Victor and I had a very very epicly funny Uno and Big 2 (Cho Tai Ti) session. hahaha. That was an awesome session.

I knew it I was holding on to a wish.
I knew the truth.
But can you blame me for wishing?
To wish that I would one day have you again?
